Workforce Competency Review
All Learning Curve trainers hold the PTLLS qualification, and together with their experience, are able to assist in both practical aspects of your job and assessment of competency. If you require expertise to review training records and ensure your staff are up to the highest standards, then we will interview staff, assess practical and theoretical competency and provided a written report and recommendations to ensure managers have a non-biased overview of their staffs capabilities.
Staff partaking in Institute of Animal Technology qualifications will benefit from training and assessing the practical aspects of the syllabus, such as:
- Animal handling
- Regulated procedures
- Schedule 1.
Our trainers are fully qualified and experienced and will come into your workplace and assess staff in their own environment. This minimises stress for both staff and animals and will also be more relevant to the work and workplace. We will:
- Interview staff to assess technical and behavioural competency
- Assess individual knowledge of current EU / UK legislation
- Review current workforce structure and recommend appropriate changes
- Provide managers with a neutral overview of workforce competency
- Provide a detailed report and recommendations.
